Power To The People
While we're on the subject of super cheap anoraks I'd like to draw your attention to Gap's number currently on sale for $59.99 - this truly is outerwear for the people. I can vouch for its decent fit, having tried it on, and I do like the chambray lined hood for a little extra mustard on this otherwise standard joint. I'm fairly sure I have mentioned this piece before, but with everyone looking for affordable spring outerwear these days I felt the gutter level pricing deserved some more face time. If any readers actually own this I ask you to please share your thoughts in the comments. C'mon, even Plebs need to stay dry.

Im loving these cheap anorak options.
ReplyDeleteNow how about a cheap golf jacket? Baracuta can't be the only fish in the sea.
Pun intended.
Gotta admit that those are classic and understated. Not ready to jump ship yet.
ReplyDeleteOldSchool- Our eternal struggle continues...
ReplyDeleteActually saw this anorak at my local Gap today for $35. This past weekend I bought some fatigue pants that were on sale and they took an additional 50% off. So, if I can get it for $17 this weekend I might just jump.
ReplyDeleteIf you have to buy anything at a Gap, Banana Republic, or Old Navy store between March 18-21, do the right thing and use the following coupon. You get 30% off, and 5% of each purchase goes to Teach For America, where it's desperately needed.

Thanks for the scoop on this. Just copped it in Tan.
ReplyDeleteI own the navy one, excellent fit and it pairs well with everything.
ReplyDeleteI own the tan one, I was a bit hesitant as well to buy it, but its well made and looks great. On top of that is the fact it is damn affordable.

ReplyDeleteI'm really into it.
I bought one of these guys in tan for $29.99 (down from $89.50) a few weeks ago (in navy it was still $59). I'm loving it. Goes well with pretty much everything and I've gotten a bunch of compliments on it. I say JUMP, you won't be sorry.
