When we last left Morris the Scandinavian brand was doing their best RL impersonation and doing it pretty damn well. They just released their F/W 2010 lookbook and it appears that things haven't changed much besides the fact that since it's F/W, it's time to break out all the UK influences - from grass games to hunting, it's all there. Some people find Morris shameless in their homage to King Ralph, while others find it an interesting European take on an American take on European clothing. Got that? Kinda like ripping someone off who ripped off someone else in the first place. Anyhow, the point in pretty much moot because I have no idea where to buy any of this stuff. Enjoy the inspiration and head over to Prepidemic for their take.

Not too sure about that Mad Hatter get-up. . .
ReplyDeleteIncred- You're seriously telling me a top hat is not #1 on your list of F/W essentials?!?!
ReplyDeleteHoly Polo Batman, has Ralph seen this?
ReplyDeleteDo you have contact information for the guy in the ascot holding the typewriter? I want to challenge him to a fight.

ReplyDeleteDjango raises a better question, has DC Comics seen this?
Ah, these are all fantastic. Thanks!

Great find. This is more authentically English than Polo (imitator) could ever hope to be. Well done. I wish them every success.
ReplyDeletebut in all honesty, if'n your going to have a passionate fling with a red plastic "valentine" typewriter, you really should be wearing an ascot or neckerchief of some sort. Just make sure you don't get any pubes stuck in the keys, that can smart.
ReplyDeletePimp canes are so trending for F/W.
ReplyDeleteThat one guy is without trousers. I think I'll pass on that look for this F/W. Everything else looks great.
ReplyDeleteLOL at the pimp cane.
ReplyDeleteWatching the video it seemed like they were trapped in time. Maybe their yacht was a time machine? Delorean 2010?
