Brooks Brothers Spread Collar Polo

Oh hell yes.  This is the kind of polo I've been after for a long time - long sleeve, button cuff and a spread collar.  It's a top notch layering piece (think how Bastian styles his rugby shirts) and a much dressier option compared to your average polo shirt.  And, guess what?  This shit is on sale to boot.  If you want something a little different from the standard popover style you can also grab a full placket version, which is kinda just a cotton shirt for the most part.  I'm hitting the BB flagship here in NYC after work to check these out in person.  Assuming the fit on these is legit, comments on the site point to a trimmed up fit, this is a deal that is too good to pass up.

    Bummer no more smalls online.

    While I haven't tried on a small in the long sleeve I do own a couple of the short sleeve polos (regular fit) and they are more roomier then their Polo counterparts but not overly baggy. While a small (regular) Polo fits me really trim this is more of a relax fit, while still maintaining a silhouette.

    Don't bother hitting up the flagship store. I was just there yesterday - they're completely sold out of the blue and just XL in the white.

    They also have your holy grail spread collar oxford cloth shirts in five colors, although they all have white collars for some reason. i guess 'cause they saw a Rugby catalog.

    I'm excited to see if there's going to be a short sleeve version, great find. Lawrence- any polos you know of that come in a "short" version? Even BoO is a bit long in an ideal world (I have a short torso I guess haha).

    Bought this around christmas and returned it once it came in the mail...the fabric is a little off for my liking, went with an oxford pullover from jcrew instead

    Was finally able to track these down all the way in NJ (I'm in NYC) - got the gray and burgundy in medium. Great fit and definitely a dressier look than your standard polo.
