Unless Google translate is messing with me, there are these new boots coming out that are apparently "inspired by the famous shoes of Harrison Ford". Indy boots? Never heard of 'em.
Was gonna say. Someone f'reals need to get on designing that font. Would clear up so many internet miscommuniqués and make joke delivery that much easier.
Check www.ourbubble.nl we have featured lots of Alden shoes on our blog. The Dutch shopowner/bloggist Frans Boone did a special edition of the Indy shoe.
what the guy said is that Harrison Ford wore these same boots as his everyday shoes and that when he was asked to do Indiana Jones he insisted on wearing them in the movie. Alden has taken advantage of the notoriety brought to that model by making a whole range of boots in different leathers and with different soles.
The video had too much of the scarf guy and not enough Alden.
ReplyDeleteFor reals never heard of 'em? My dad just bought a pair and they're dope as hell. Been out for a while though.
ReplyDeleteThey've been around for 70 years, used to be called something else before the "Indy" thing caught on.
ReplyDeleteHow many people have to post on AAAC about their Aldens falling apart before everyone stops creaming over these things?
ReplyDeleteKyle and Anon @1:05- I forgot to write in sarcasm font.
