    Ya, I was just in there today to pick up a Bedale. I was unsure whether L.A.S would do anything with info, but figured it was rare enough that Barbour stuff went on sale to let him know through HTTGAP.

    Got a black beaufort today. by mail is still more expensive to ship it to canada... orvis charges and extra 20% to cover duties to ship to canada. the only other place here i have seen that carries is Stollery's. i went their first because i wanted navy but they were charging 595...

    Expensive as hell. Bedales are only $379 from J.Crew / Orvis.

    Mind that contemporary rubbish. They've removed the collar tab on many models, I sure they've fiddled with other bits too.

    Everyone knows the wax has changed too, it's lighter, but many places still have old tins of the proper stuff.

    Ya I actually went to Stollery's a week ago to see what they were charging. The guy who helped me was nice enough and offered me 20 % off... but ya, they're starting price point is out of control.

    I don't really get what the one Anonymous guy is saying... altogether with tax I spent $375 for a sage Bedale. Regardless, I am really happy with my purchase and since I plan on wearing this jacket for years, I think the sale is great.
