Some new visuals have dropped for Mr. Lifshitz's latest collection. I don't know how I feel about dudes playing tennis in trench coats, but this looks like a pretty good time. A bunch of the sportswear is available now, but if you're interested in the tailored goods, like myself, you're going to have to wait.

Yea, aside from playing tennis in Tench coats, this just the usual, awesome Ralph. I feel he's been tearing it up over the last few seasons.....
ReplyDeleteAnd I here I've been thinking that I was the only person that played tennis in a trench coat. Thanks Ralph, for showing me that there are others like myself.
ReplyDeletethat first jacket is particularly nuts.
ReplyDeleteThe muted plaid jackets are quite nice. The gents at George Green in Chicago also recommend the Arran cable knit sweaters this fall (www.faucethead.com/blog) good to see the patterns here as well.
ReplyDeleteWhen her Ladyship and I finish breakfast in the morn I have my man fetch my seven hundred and fity dollar shoes so that her Ladyship and I can stroll through the grounds of our estate in the mud. Later I enjoy playing tennis and sweating profusely in my casmere togs. I do feel I am so lucky that her Ladyship never asks about all the impeccably dressed, handsome young men I have around te estate.
ReplyDeleteIts great the visuals are out, I work with the production of the Fall 2010 RL videos as well as their shoes/accessories videos. Ralph's stuff is always on point.
ReplyDeleteLove the setting and attire, but the tone of the video (and particularly the accompanying music) makes me feel like something dreadful is about to happen.
ReplyDeleteThe tennis bits are a travesty. They aren't even serving to the correct side of the court. If you're going to align yourself to a demographic, at least do it correctly.
ReplyDeleteAnon-
ReplyDeleteThey're playing Pennis. It's an entirely different game for an entirely different demographic which you are obviously not a part of.
Marvelous work pals, I love reading your articles.
