All pretty stylish guys and the blog has some good stuff. I think my biggest problem is that it is tied in with gilt, which has been slowly declining for a while now. I feel like I need to ignore about 25% of the posts because they are just trying to push (understandably) whatever is going on sale that day. I realize this is necessary and ultimately what the site is all about, but it still feels kind of lame.
I guess I can't be a stylish man anymore because I didn't wear Vans when I was 8 but I wear them now. That guy is a douche man.
They're getting paid for doing what you do better for free. I don't know why you're always kissing their asses, you should be pissed. Seriously, their site has no content. I stopped going after a week.
I hate how this site has no personality anymore. The real reason Lawrence says "Sart Inc. and HTTTGAP have never been about me" is because he feels he can't compete with the level of images he posts. I mean, how is it going to look on him when he posts boatloads of images of guys decked out in Tom Ford, Brioni, Paul Stuart, and then he's sitting around in Vans and Lands End gear in buttfuck New Jersey? Yeah, my point exactly. I wish Lawrence would make his parents proud and put his Economics degree to good use instead of dreaming about clothes he'll never be able to afford. Sometimes the truth hurts, but it's really the only way Lawrence will learn.
Curmudgeon- Seriously, man? For a second there I thought you actually knew me. You need a new hobby like this blog apparently needs some personality.
a couple of these guys seem to lack facial hair styling...it makes me question their men's styling opinion.
Honest question, how many of these guys are gay? I'm not judging just trying to figure out the demographics of the male style community
Bloggers are getting so hypocritical in their fervent support for Gilt. I love how guys like Michael Williams etc. are all about "supporting small labels and American manufacturing" yet are sucking the entire Gilt crew's dicks. To support Gilt is to support the death of the independent American menswear boutique, they sell shit practically at wholesale and still make a ridiculous amount of money because they place huge orders and offer emerging designers more money than they've ever seen.
anon, what you think...they all are...plus annoying as fuck
Lawrence is there any way you can turn off auto play on the embedded video?
Hello! I love the site... and I have a silly comment. Is there any way that you could get this video to NOT auto-play every single time I come back to the blog? The music scares the crap out of me when I'm not expecting it.That's all.Thanks.
